UFC 133 Results: 5 Reasons Why Fans Were Proven Wrong (Again) by UFC 133

UFC 133 was initially set to be an exciting card and was a highly anticipated event. Unfortunately, the card became the most injury-prone in UFC history and many of the original fights were scrapped.

This left the main event as a fight between former light heavyweight champions Rashad Evans and Tito Ortiz and the co-main event a scrap between Vitor Belfort and Yoshihiro Akiyama.

The rest of the card didn't have anything too spectacular on it, either.

Because of the seemingly lackluster card, many fans criticized the event and said that it wasn't worth watching. However, the detractors were proven wrong as they were with similar events in the past.
