Drafting the NFL is not a science. GM's, scouts and head coaches stay up all night watching films of these young athletes, breaking down everything from their physical skills to character issues. A good draft pick can dramatically improve a franchise (see Bradford, Sam) while a bust can cripple an organization (see Russell, JaMarcus).
Every year, labels such as "bust," "steal" and "hidden gem" are thrown around, in the most part comparing a player's draft status to his on-field production. Those GM's who draft a bust would like nothing more than a redo, while those who draft many "hidden gems" sit back and take applause.
Well now it's time to wipe the slate clean, give these GM's the gift of hindsight and draft these players exactly where they should have gone.
