I can sense your apprehension. Allow me to hold your hand and lead you to the land of confidence. Brandon Pettigrew is just one player that will have a fine game in Week 5.
There is nothing more taking on the heart and mind than figuring out who to play every week. It gets worse in Week 5 as the bye week forces us to pick up some also-rans from the waiver wire to fill out the lineup.
It doesn't help when Pettigrew and other players have failed to live up to their end of the bargain on a weekly basis.

1. Brandon Pettigrew
In the Lions dynamic offense, Brandon Pettigrew was supposed to be a star. The Lions tight end has been hit or miss through four weeks, and more miss than anything.
On Monday night, the Lions take on the Chicago Bears, a team that has been very kind to tight ends in the early goings of the season.
I could see a game more in keeping with his Week 3 effort of 11 receptions for 112 yards. A game of 15 points is not out of the question.
2. Santonio Holmes
Owners of Santonio Holmes are exclaiming, "start him?, I am trying to offload him to any sucker that will take him."
Well, you may want to wait a week as the Jets take on the New England Patriots. The Pats may score a lot of points, but they get scored on plenty as well. This team can't contain a receiver like the Holmes, making him a prime candidate for a breakout game.
3. Mark Sanchez
This brings me to Mark Sanchez. There is really nowhere to go but up, and up he shall go. Sanchez gets the benefit of playing against the worst secondary in the NFL.
He will be pumped to get back on track, and the Patriots provide the perfect team for him to do that against. At least for one week, Sanchez will be safe from harsh criticism.
