A little more than 12 hours after the Yankees season came to an end, the front office sent out an email titled "An exciting message from the New York Yankees..."
And what is this exciting news? Did the Yankees trade Alex Rodriguez? Did Derek Jeter discover a way to reverse the aging process? Did the Rays get contracted?
Nope.
Spring Training tickets!

According to the email, there is nothing better than "...the game of baseball played by the New York Yankees!" Except you know, the game of baseball played by the New York Yankees in October.
But hey, they gotta sell something. There aren't any more playoff tickets to sell.
