Full Tilt Poker Bought By French Business Tycoon, Players May Get Money Back After All

Full Tilt Poker says French businessman Bernard Tapie has agreed to by the embattled company, according to the AP.

FTP currently faces fraud and money laundering charges after the DOJ accused the company of stealing over $400 million in player winnings and running the website as a "massive Ponzi scheme."

Tapie agreed to the deal as long as FTP "settles its legal troubles favorably."

The DOJ must also approve the deal.

As part of the deal, players worldwide would finally be repaid the playing money that's been frozen since April.
