NBA Finals 2011 Belongs to LeBron James So Far
There is indeed something special in Miami. I have seen other teams fall apart when there were too many chiefs in the tee-pee.
The Shaq and Kobe Lakers springs to mind. The Miami Heat will be presented with the same question going forward, title or not. Whose team is this anyway?
At the start of the season, the answer was a resounding Dwyane Wade. As the playoffs have played on, the answer gets a little cloudy.

LeBron James has asserted himself as the crunch time closer for the Heat. Even Scottie Pippen thinks he is the best he has ever seen.
While that assertion is a bit ridiculous. How can someone that is considered to be the best in the game play second fiddle any longer?
The cold hard fact is that he cannot. The longevity of the Heat's success will revolve on how well Wade deals with that.
So far, it looks like Flash is content just to win. That makes him all the more lovable to this writer. Any guy that can take a back seat to the fan's choice is alright in my book.
As James dunks, blocks and panders to the crowd, Wade gets a little smaller in the grand scope of things. As Jordanesque references get lobbed his way, Wade can only shake his head and agree.
Wade took the Heat to their first title. There is no denying his legacy in Miami. He is now learning to move over for the next big dog in South Beach.
