I don't care how much hype there is on the Lions being able to hang with the Packers. Truth of the matter is, Detroit is not only still learning how to win, but they're learning how to deal with pressure and adversity.
The Packers have been there and done all this before. They've won 16 straight games and the Lions do not have a defense worthy of stopping the absolutely dominant Aaron Rodgers.
The reigning Super Bowl MVP will make a statement to the Lions, the league and the rest of the country in this game.
49ers (+3) at Ravens
I still don't understand this one. Sure, the Ravens deserve an edge for being 3-1 at home against the spread this year, but the 49ers are 9-0-1 everywhere.
The battle of Harbaugh brothers is going to make for a wild Thanksgiving night, but the 49ers, who've been a much steadier team than the Ravens, are going to walk away with at least another cover.
Patriots (-3) at Eagles
Tom Brady and the Patriots offense can turn things on at any time. The important thing is that it is their defense that is starting to come along. This is great news for a unit that was one of the league's worst in the early portion of the season.
Philadelphia is fighting with their backs up against the wall, but desperation will only help them so much against a superior opponent.
Laying three on the road against a team that is unsure about a number of things, including the health of its receivers and starting quarterback, is easy pickings for the Patriots.
