World Tour Finals: Top Players Struggling

Andy Murray recently said that he's unsure whether or not he'll continue play, clearly struggling in a loss to David Ferrer.

Rafael Nadal needed three sets to take out Mardy Fish, a player whom he had dominated for the entirety of their careers thus far, his only loss coming earlier this year when he had clearly been struggling with injury and exhaustion.

The top players are showing evident signs of fatigue at this event, leading to the conclusion that there could potentially be a surprise winner.

David Ferrer is essentially a poor man's Andy Murray, which means that the Brit's chances unfortunately seem on the decline. Mardy Fish has a great serve and backhand, but those alone should not be enough to push Nadal into such a tight battle.

Djokovic will play Berdych later today, and that match should be a good barometer as to how well the World No. 1 has recovered.

Hopefully he'll be playing on better terms than his compatriots, because as of yet it seems that anything could happen.
