Worst Saves Percentages Since The Lockout

I have been looking at goaltenders in the time period from the 2004/05 lockout until now.  This inter-lockout period will be defined as the first salary capped era.  Goaltenders are notoriously hard to rate using a single statistical figure.  In an effort to get a handle on the best goalies in the era I ranked them by wins and by saves percentage and got an insight into who the top goalies in the period were.  Today I want to get a look at the worst goalies in the period.  I will look at the worst goalies by saves percentage.  In order to keep this list somewhat meaningful, it is limited to goalies who played 25 or more games. 

The list is largely biased toward the first part of the era because saves percentages have progressively climbed since it began.  Thus it is overwhelming populated by goalies who were in the NHL in the earlier parts of the era and then left the league.
