The NFL draft isn't for another three months, but it's likely that you've already seen countless mock drafts. That's fine, but there's no question that players will continue to rise and fall, even with no games left, and some will even make huge rises on draft day.
As an example, I turn to this guy named Tim Tebow.
You might not have heard of him, but he was expected to be a second- or third-round pick leading up to the draft then all of a sudden he flew into the first round.
That seems to happen every year.
This year will be no different, and here's a look at three players who will shoot up draft boards as the big day gets closer.
Chris Polk, RB, Washington
Polk is currently be projected as a late first- or early second-round pick, so it will be hard for him to climb that much.
Still though, Polk is an immense talent and there's no way he falls to the 32nd pick.
The now-former Husky is fast, strong, has good vision, never goes down on first contact and has terrific pass-catching skills out of the backfield. I think NFL teams will start to get more and more interested in this guy.
He won't pass Trent Richardson as the first running back taken, but he'll overtake Miami RB Lamar Miller as No. 2.
I wouldn't be at all surprised to see Polk jump into the Top 15. He's that good.
Mohamed Sanu, WR, Rutgers
Sanu has tremendous size (6'2", 215 lbs.) and good hands that will make him the perfect third-down threat. That, however, puts him pretty much right where he's being projected right now (early second round).
What will drive Sanu's stock up is the combine. If he puts together a great 40-time, teams will fall in love him. Size, speed and the fact that Sanu pulled in 115 catches with spotty quarterback play will be enough to drive him into the first round.
And even more, look at the other two skill players that have left Rutgers early during the Greg Schiano era: Ray Rice and Kenny Britt.
Not bad company to be in.
Nick Foles, QB, Arizona
After Matt Barkley and Landry Jones decided to stay in college, a lot of teams' strategy for the draft likely changed.
Especially teams like the Seattle Seahawks and Miami Dolphins who need a quarterback but won't find a suitable one at their current spots.
Foles is currently be looked as a second- or third-round pick, but I wouldn't be at all surprised to see one of these teams start to panic and trade up to the late first or early second round to get him.
It's not like he's chopped liver, though. The kid is a three-year starter for the Wildcats, he completed 69 percent of his throws this year and he threw for over 4,300 yards.
He's big (6'5") and can throw the deep ball. If the right team picks up Foles, he might just start as a rookie.
