A Giants Player Proposed To His Girlfriend On The Field Moments After Winning The Super Bowl

New York Giants linebacker Greg Jones proposed to his girlfriend on the field after winning the Super Bowl as confetti rained down from the rafters.

That's probably the best proposal story we've ever heard.

Here's what the rookie linebacker told Mike Garafolo of the Newark Star-Ledger after the game:

“She was bawling. I was like, ‘I don’t know how long she’s going to keep crying.’”

According to Garafolo, Jones had a practice team player hold the ring for him during the game.

He says he would have waited to propose a different time if the Patriots had won.
