SPORTS CHART OF THE DAY: Matt Cain Has Now Pitched Two Of The Best Games Of The Year

Last night featured two of the best pitched games of the season with Matt Cain tossing the 22nd perfect game in Major League history, and RA Dickey throwing a 1-hitter for the New York Mets.

In fact, Cain now has two of the top three pitching performances of the year. His 1-hitter against the Pirates earlier this year registered a Game Score of 96 (a look at the overall performance of a pitcher). That is the same Game Score of Philip Humbert's perfect game (Cain had more strikeouts).
