The San Diego Chargers and Oakland Raiders met on Thursday night in what is turning out to be a highlight fest with only the smallest amount of defense employed.
As of this writing, the game is in the third quarter, but the first half belonged all to the Oakland Raiders. Denarius Moore continued the festivities of Carson Palmer and his return to football.
We all wondered which Palmer would show up on Thursday night, the one that chucked three touchdowns last week against the Broncos, or the one that threw three picks.
It was all good in regards to the first half, as Palmer looked to Denarius Moore to keep the Raiders on positive side over the San Diego Chargers.
Here is the video of Moore's second touchdown reception of the night, and it is pretty good if you are a fan of things that are flawless.
Palmer steps back into a pocket that is as wide as Vince Wilfork's belt size. The Chargers pass rush seems exhausted as they are pushed wide, giving the former Bengals QB enough time to see Moore cutting back in over the middle of the field.
Palmer launches a perfect strike 33 yards to his BFF of a receiver. The Chargers defense? Yeah, they seemed to be ignoring Moore as if he wouldn't dare catch a reception at the goal line and sneak in.
We are in the third, and Palmer has two TD passes, both to Moore. I would strongly advise the Chargers to take a look at that Moore guy. He seems to have San Diego's number, and he is calling it often on Thursday night.
